U-Shade Functional Clothing LLC is a small startup business based in Texas. Our goal is to create functional garments while providing clear guidance to help customers choose the right fit up front.

Product Use & Fit Guidance

We recognize that everyone’s body is different, and fit can vary by individual. Our approach is to help educate and guide customers on fit before purchase whenever possible.

We provide:

  • Sizing charts and fit tips

  • Guidance on shrinkage and size adaptation when applicable

  • Support to help select the best available size

This approach helps reduce unnecessary shipping costs and returns for everyone. If we do not currently offer your size, we welcome your feedback.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

Due to the nature of our business and limited production runs, we operate under an exchange-only policy.

General Policy

  • No cash refunds

  • Item credit only, for exchange of a similar item

  • Exchanges are accepted only for factory defects

Factory Defects Include

  • Loose seams

  • Missing buttons

  • Manufacturing-related issues

Conditions for Exchange

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs

  • Item must be unused and free from damage caused by customer handling, staining, or abuse

  • Photos of the issue must be provided before returning the item

  • Return Authorization (RA) approval is required via email

  • Customer must identify the desired exchange item when requesting approval

U-Shade reserves the right to deny exchanges that do not meet these conditions.

Orders & Availability

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue items, or update product details without prior notice.

Limitation of Liability

U-Shade Functional Clothing LLC is not responsible for damages resulting from improper use, care, or sizing selection beyond what is outlined in our fit guidance materials.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, United States.
