Processing time is separate from carrier transit time.

Shipping times and carrier options may vary depending on location and order size. Estimated delivery times are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses

Order Tracking

Address Accuracy

Lost or Delayed Packages

If a package is marked as delivered but not received, please contact the carrier first. U-Shade will assist where possible but cannot guarantee replacements for packages lost or delayed by the carrier.

International Shipping

Changes & Cancellations

We reserve the right to cancel or modify orders prior to shipment. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be changed or canceled.
